This policy explains how BNG Industries LLC handles information connected with this website and inquiries made through its contact links. It does not replace a project agreement or the privacy policies of other websites you choose to visit.
You can browse our services without creating an account. This website has no online inquiry form, checkout, payment collection or file-upload feature. “Book now” opens a phone call so you can discuss availability directly with BNG.

- External services. Phone calls are handled by your phone service. Instagram messages and account activity are handled through Instagram. The information those services collect depends on their own features and policies.

Instagram / Meta is linked as a way to contact BNG. We do not embed Instagram feeds or videos on this website. Visiting Instagram or sending a message there is subject to Meta’s privacy policy and your account settings.
The site also links to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and other web addresses. Those destinations operate independently and have their own privacy practices. Website photos and video are served from this site’s hosting; playing the project video does not load a third-party video player.

Inquiry and project information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records, address disputes and meet legal requirements.
